Our sessions educate women and girls on:

All programming is delivered in partnership with community leaders, women’s groups, and mental health professionals to ensure cultural relevance and sustainability.

A Public Health and Human Rights Crisis

In South Africa, gender-based violence (GBV) remains one of the most pressing public health and human rights crises. Women and girls—especially in underserved communities—face high rates of trauma, social stigma, and a lack of access to safe spaces and mental health support.

At U-VOL Foundation, we believe that advancing women’s health includes advocating for their safety, amplifying their voices, and restoring their mental and emotional well-being. Through the ValueHer Initiative, we’re responding with compassion, education, and community-centered action.

Mental Wellness: At the Heart of Healing

Mental health is foundational to well-being but often ignored in low-resource settings. Through ValueHer, we:

Building Hope, One Conversation at a Time

The ValueHer Initiative in South Africa is restoring dignity and resilience—through education, trauma literacy, and youth-led empowerment.

When we value her safety and voice, we unlock her power.
