
Community Health Volunteer Opportunity: Health & Wellness Outreach Fair
Hosted by U-VOL Foundation in partnership with Vida Mobile Clinic and West Valley Food Bank, this one-day community outreach will provide free health screenings, medical consultations, health education, healthy food distribution, hygiene kits, and community resources to underserved individuals and families in the West Valley community.
We are seeking compassionate medical and non-medical volunteers who are passionate about serving others and improving access to care. Whether you are a licensed healthcare professional, student, corporate volunteer, or community member, your time and talents can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Volunteers Needed
Medical Volunteers
We are seeking licensed healthcare professionals and healthcare trainees to assist with clinical and educational activities, including:
- Physicians (MD/DO)
- Nurse Practitioners (NP)
- Physician Assistants (PA)
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Medical Assistants (MA)
- Pharmacists
- Pharmacy Technicians
- EMTs/Paramedics
- Public Health Professionals
- Health Educators
- Medical, Nursing, and Public Health Students (under appropriate supervision)
Medical volunteers may assist with health screenings, medical consultations, health education, patient navigation, and other activities based on their qualifications, experience, and assigned role.
Non-Medical Volunteers
We also welcome individuals who are interested in serving in non-clinical volunteer roles, including:
- Registration and Check-In
- Patient Navigation
- Community Resource Navigation
- Healthy Food Distribution
- Hygiene Kit Distribution
- Event Set-Up and Breakdown
- Photography/Videography
- Spanish and Farsi Language Support
- General Volunteer Support
No medical experience is required for non-clinical volunteer positions. Individuals, students, corporate volunteer groups, and community members are encouraged to apply.

Volunteer Commitment: Approximately 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Cost to Volunteer: Free. All we ask is your time, compassion, and commitment to serving the community.
Selected volunteers will receive additional event details, volunteer assignments, orientation information, and any required volunteer documentation prior to the outreach.
